November 23 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate developer Certion said on Tuesday it has received a permit to build a 20 million euro ($22.6 million) mixed-use project in the Black Sea resort of Olimp.
Galileo Olimp Resort & Residences will have five floors and 173 apartments, restaurants, terraces, cocktail bars, a commercial area and a promenade, Certion said in a press release.
The developer expects to complete the project by May 2023.
Going forward, the company will start works on three new projects: Lago Neptun, Pharos Olimp and Solantis Neptun, bringing the total value of its projects in the southern part of the Romanian Black Sea coast to some 100 million euro.
Certion was estabished in 2015 by entrepreneurs Catalin Scripcaru, Bogdan Caruntu and Cezar Ionescu.
