September 22 (SeeNews) - Romanian private education network Olga Gudynn has invested 9 million euro ($10.6 million) to renovate its Pipera campus near Bucharest, using a loan from Garanti BBVA Romania, the bank said on Wednesday.
The 5,500 Olga Gudynn International School Campus in Pipera has modern classrooms and laboratories, a gym and yoga room, a semi-Olympic indoor swimming pool, a library, as well as a dining room with its own cafeteria and a theatre room, the bank said in a press release. In addition to these, the campus will have soccer fields, basketball courts and tennis courts.
Olga Gudynn Int’l School was established in 2001. Around 800 children use its facilities in Bucharest and Pipera.
Active in Romania since 1998, Garanti BBVA Romania is a subsidiary of Garanti BBVA Turkey, the second largest private bank in Turkey, with total assets of 59.7 billion euro as of June.
