BUCHAREST (Romania), September 11 (SeeNews) – Romanian real estate company Odiseea will launch a residential project worth 10.0 million euro ($13.8 million) in the central area of the Romanian capital Bucharest, the company said on Tuesday.
Odiseea will build apartments that it will lease or sell to other companies to be used as company-owned homes for their employees, Odiseea said in a statement.
Odiseea (www.odiseea.ro) is currently looking for land plots. It will select an architecture company in October and will launch the project in the spring of 2008.
