September 8 (SeeNews) - Romanian jewelry chain Teilor said on Thursday it has invested over 2 million euro ($1.98 million) in a digital transformation process of its operations.
The investment covers a new eCommerce platform and the implementation of a new ecosystem for clients shopping online and in-store, the company said in a press release.
The new website has already been launched in Romania and Hungary and will continue its roll-out in Poland, Bulgaria and on the international platform by the end of September.
"The roll-out of the new eCommerce platform marks the conclusion of one of the most significant projects in Teilor's history and marks beginning of a new stage in customer experience," Teilor CEO Willy Dicu said.
Further digital development plans include the optimisation of the company's mobile app and the implementation of augmented reality and artificial intelligence for product display, the company further announced.
Teilor is an international chain of jewelry stores with 24 years of experience. The company owns 62 brick-and-mortar
stores across Romania, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic.
