November 11 (SeeNews) - Romanian agriculture holding ROCA Agri RDF, part of ROCA Group, said its turnover rose 45% year-on-year to 100 million euro ($99.4 million) in the first nine months of 2022.
The reference period was marked by an economically difficult context, given the drought and the conflict in Ukraine, the company said in a press release on Thursday.

The company's net profit reached 2.7 million euro, while its operational profit reached 4.7 million euro during January-September.
"We will continue to focus on the development of ROCA Agri RDF through new acquisitions that will strengthen the holding both by territorial expansion and by diversifying the range of products and services" said ROCA Agri Member of the Board, Alexandru Savin.
For 2022, the company estimates a turnover of 140 million euro.
ROCA Agri is a holding owned by ROCA Investments, which also holds majority stake in the Bucharest bourse-listed ROCA Industry. ROCA Agri comprises the companies RDF SA, RDF Agricultura, Adidana and Dachim, which is in the process of joining the holding.
