BUCHAREST (Romania), March 25 (SeeNews) - Romanian flag carrier Tarom said on Wednesday it has suspended all internal flights for 14 days due to the new coronavirus outbreak.
Tarom also decided to suspend all flights to France and Germany for at least 14 days starting Thursday after Romania's interior ministry banned all flights to the two countries which have seen an significant rise in COVID-19 infections, it said in a press release.
All passengers affected by the suspension of these flights may opt for reprogramming on subsequent dates without any penalty or for full reimbursement of unused tickets, Tarom said.
Romania has confirmed 794 coronavirus cases and 13 deaths according to latest data from the health ministry.
