November 12 (SeeNews) - Romanian farm machine manufacturer Mecanica Ceahlau reported on Monday a 87% drop in its nine-month net profit to 523,245 lei ($220,601/151,751euro) from 3.99 million lei a year earlier.
Company officials were not immediately available to comment.
Following are figures from Mecanica Ceahlau's income statement sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), where it is listed, after the end of trading hours (in millions of lei):
Mecanica Ceahlau stock was last traded on October 5 on the BVB at 19.8 lei per share, up 7.03%.
Mecanica Ceahlau (www.ceahlau.com) is one of Romania's largest agricultural machine manufacturers. It is based in Piatra Neamt, northeastern Romania, and employs 353.
