April 4 (SeeNews) - Romanian gas and electricity distribution operator Delgaz Grid appointed Cristian Secosan as its new general director, the company said.
Secosan has also assumed the position of board member of Delgaz Romania parent company E.ON Romania, the company said in a press release on Friday.
He will replace Ferenc Csulak, who will remain with the company in the capacity of deputy director until June 30.
Secosan has previously held senior positions in oil and gas group OMV Petrom, Swiss-based power and automation company ABB and French rolling stock manufacturer Alstom. He served as E.ON Moldova Furnizare general director between 2007 and 2009.
Delgaz Grid company booked a turnover of 1.49 billion lei ($334 million/302 million euro) in 2020, according to data published by the finance ministry.
