December 5 (SeeNews) - Romanian eLearning software developer Ascendia [BSE:ASC] said it will list a 44.9 million lei ($9.6 million/9.1 million euro) corporate bond issue on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB.
The bonds' nominal value is 100 lei, with a maturity of five years, while the interest rate is 10%, Ascendia said in a report filed with the BVB on Friday.
The issue consists of 44,895 bonds, which are registered, dematerialised, non-convertible and unsecured, the report further showed.
The first trading day of the issue will be November 6.
Ascendia is an eLearning company established in 2007. The company is active in nine countries and has a portfolio of over 1100 hours of educational content and more than 8000 interactive eLearning objects.
Ascendia is listed on the AeRO market of the BVB and currently has a market capitalisation of 27.2 million lei.
Its shares last traded 0.85% lower at 2.32 lei as of 1551 CET on Friday, bourse data showed.
