November 11 (SeeNews) - Romanian drug maker Biofarm said on Wednesday it decided to open a representative office in neighbouring Moldova.
The decision was taken by the company shareholders at an extraordinary meeting on November 10, Biofarm said in a statement posted on the website on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, where the company is listed.
The company provided no further details.
Blue-chip Biofarm was last traded 1.01% higher at 0.201 lei on November 9.
