March 25 (SeeNews) - Romanian cable maker Iproeb said on Thursday it plans to pay 0.08408 lei ($0.028/0.021 euro) per share in gross dividend for 2009, 33% lower than the 2008 dividend.
Iproeb expects its net profit to fall to 5.08 million lei in 2010 from 5.18 million lei last year, it said in a statement. In 2009 its net profit sank by 58%.
The company sees its total revenue at 92.9 million lei this year, up by 3.0% from 2009, while costs are seen rising 2.2% to 86.9 million lei. The company plans to invest 3.6 million lei in 2010.
All figures are subject to approval by a general shareholders' meeting scheduled for April 27.
Iproeb shares, listed on the over-the-counter market RASDAQ, are currently suspended from trading. The stock closed down 3.2% at 2.12 lei on Wednesday.
