May 29 (SeeNews) - Romania's health ministry said that it will invest 66 million euro ($70.7 million) in the construction of an integrated burn centre in the western city of Timisoara.
The new facility will be built at the Pius Branzeu emergency county hospital, the health ministry said in a Facebook post on Friday.
Funding for the project has been secured through a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The project is expected to be completed in 26 months.
