May 19 (SeeNews) - Romania posted the sharpest industrial production decline among EU member states in Southeast Europe (SEE) in March - by 12.4% on the month and 13.6% year-on-year, the bloc's statistical office said.
Industrial output in Slovenia decreased by 7.7% on the year, while in Bulgaria and Croatia it fell by 6.9% and 4.9%, respectively, according to data posted by Eurostat last week.
Of all EU members from SEE, only Greece posted an industrial production growth in the month under review - by 0.6% year-on-year and 1.9% month-on-month.
