SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 12 (SeeNews) – Romania's industrial production grew by an annual 14.6% in May, more than in any other EU member state, the bloc's statistical office said on Wednesday.
On a monthly comparison basis, Romania’s industrial output also recorded the strongest growth among EU member states, as it increased by 3.5%, Eurostat said in a statement.
Croatia's year-on-year industrial output growth rate of 3.3% was the lowest among EU member states from Southeast Europe (SEE).
On average, industrial output in the EU grew by 4.0% year-on-year and increased 1.2% month-on-month.
