January 7 (SeeNews) - Romania posted the second highest annual increase of retail trade volume in November among all EU members for which data is available, after Hungary, the bloc's statistical office said on Tuesday.
Romania had the second-highest rise in retail trade volume in the previous month, after Greece.
Romania's annual retail trade volume rose by 6.5% year-on-year in November, well above the EU average of 1.9%, Eurostat said in a statement.
Slovenia posted the second-largest decrease in annual retail trade volume among EU28 in November - by 2.0%.
