SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 7 (SeeNews) – Romania’s volume of retail trade grew by an annual 14% in September, more than in any other EU member state, the bloc's statistical office said on Tuesday.
Slovenia recorded the second fastest growth rate among EU countries from Southeast Europe, with a 7.0% increase on the year in September, Eurostat said in a statement.
In Croatia, retail trade volume increased by an annual 3.7%, while Bulgaria recorded a 2.4% growth, the data showed.
Retail trade volume in September rose by an annual 3.5% in EU28 and 3.7% in the euro area.
