June 13 (SeeNews) - Romania's current account deficit reached 1.84 billion euro ($2.08 billion) in the first four months of the year, compared to a surplus of 282 million euro in the same period of 2015, the central bank said on Monday.
The goods balance and primary income balance recorded higher deficits, by 1.72 billion euro and 742 million euro, respectively, while the services balance and secondary income balance posted larger surpluses, by 242 million euro and 100 million euro, respectively.

In 2015, Romania's current account deficit widened to 1.75 billion euro, from 686 million euro in the previous year.
