October 24 (SeeNews) - Romania said on Wednesday it has offered for sale its 72.99% stake in engineering and technical consultancy firm Iprochim.
The deadline for placing bids is 1000 GMT on November 29, the privatisation agency AVAS said in a statement. The bids should consist of two separate parts - a technical and a financial one.

The negotiations with the bidders will be based on the technical part of the offer.
Iprochim is based in the capital Bucharest.
