August 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Rodna Zemya Holding [BUL:6R2] said on Wednesday that it has successfully completed a 36 million levs ($20.6 million/18.4 million euro) capital increase by issuing 20 million new shares at a price of 1.8 levs each.
The subscription for the shares from the new issue closed on August 7, the company said in a filing with the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Rodna Zemya Holding's shares last traded at a price of 2.0 levs apiece.
Rodna Zemya Holding said last month it has signed a contract with Germany-based HIT Bulgarien for the acquisition of 100% of Sofia-headquartered HIT Hypermarket and is seeking anti-trust approval for the transaction.
