May 5 (SeeNews) - Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) said that its after-tax profit from operations in Croatia increased to 16 million euro ($ 17.6 million) in the first three month of this year, from 13 million euro in the same period of 2022.
RBI's operating income in Croatia rose to 58 million euro in the period under review from 48 million euro a year earlier, RBI said in an interim financial report for the first quarter of 2023 on Thursday.
Net interest income from operations in Croatia reached 41 million euro in the three months through March, from 27 million euro in the same period of last year, while net fee and commission income fell to 18 million euro from 20 million euro.
General administrative expenses at RBI's Croatian unit rose to 30 million euro in the first quarter from 28 million euro in the like period of last year.
