PRISTINA (Kosovo), March 14 (SeeNews) – Raiffeisen Bank International's (RBI) profit after taxes from operations in Kosovo rose by 13.6% year-on-year to 21 million euro ($23.7 million) in 2018, the lender said.
RBI's operating income in Kosovo grew 3.9% to 54 million euro last year, RBI said in an annual financial statement published on Wednesday.
The banking group's net interest income from operations in Kosovo increased 12.0% on the year to 42 million euro in the review period, while its net fee and commission income fell 21.2% to 11 million euro.
The general administrative expenses of RBI's Kosovo unit rose 1.2% to 28 million euro.
RBI's non-performing loan (NPL) ratio in Kosovo was 3.1% at the end of December, compared to 4.8% at the end of 2017.

RBI's unit in Kosovo operated 48 business outlets at the end of December, the same number as a year earlier.
