PRISTINA (Kosovo), May 14 (SeeNews) – Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) said the after-tax profit of its Kosovo unit plunged 41.3% year-on-year to 3 million euro ($3.2 million) in the first quarter of 2020.
Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo's operating income rose 10.5% on the year to 14 million euro in the first quarter of the year, RBI said in an interim financial report.
Net fee and commission income increased by 15.2% to 2 million euro in review period, whereas net interest income rose to 12 million euro, up 10.2% compared with the like period of 2019.
General administrative expenses grew 6.3% to 8 million euro.
Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo's total assets increased by 10.9% to 1.06 billion euro.
Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo operated 47 business outlets in the first quarter of 2020, one less compared with the same period last year.
