TIRANA (Albania), July 30 (SeeNews) – Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) said on Friday that its after-tax profit from operations in Albania rose to 17 million euro ($20.2 million) in the first half of 2021, from 8 million euro in the same period of last year.
Net interest income fell 1.9% year-on-year to 26 million euro in the six months through June, while net fee and commission income rose 18% to 7 million euro, RBI said in an interim financial report.
Operating income edged down 0.2% on the year to 36 million euro in the six months under review.
General administrative expenses were 5% lower year-on-year at 19 million euro in the first half of 2021.
