November 15 (SeeNews) - Raiffeisen Bank International's (RBI) profit after taxes from operations in Kosovo rose by 9.8% year-on-year to 17 million euro ($19.2 million) in the first nine months of 2018, the lender said.
RBI's operating income in Kosovo edged up by an annual 0.6% to 39 million euro in the January-September period, RBI said in an interim financial statement on Wednesday.
The banking group's net interest income in Kosovo added 7.1% on the year to 30 million euro in the review period, while its net fee and commission income fell 18.6% to 8 million euro.
The general administrative expenses of RBI's Kosovo unit edged up by an annual 0.4% to 20 million euro in January-September.
RBI's non-performing loan (NPL) ratio in Kosovo was 4.1% at the end of September, compared to 5.0% at the end of September 2017.
