July 16 (SeeNews) - Raiffeisen Bank said on Monday it will open a new office dedicated to the business environment in a neighbourhood of Romania's western city of Timisoara.
Located in the ISHO neighborhood, the new banking agency will be open in September and will serve all client segments - from large and medium-sized to private individuals, Raiffeisen said in a press release.
"Raiffeisen Bank is interested in being present where its customers are, as far as possible, and that's why we look at the best locations in a city. Thus, we decided to open an agency with excellence services in the newest business hub in Timisoara, the ISHO neighborhood, developed by a local entrepreneur recognized for the quality of its projects and a partner of our bank, " Raiffeisen Bank retail and corporate executive Emil Esanu said.
The opening of this banking agency is a first step towards the development of a financial-banking services center in the ISHO neighborhood in Timisoara, the bank added.
Raiffeisen Bank had 448 branches in Romania at the end of March and employed 5,332 people.
