June 18 (SeeNews) - The Bosnian unit of Raiffeisen Bank [SAJ:RFSN] said on Tuesday it will pay a dividend of 65.19 marka ($37.3/33.3 euro) per share for 2018, up from 57.27 marka per share distributed last year.
The bank will distribute a dividend payout of 64.5 million marka from its retained earnings, it said in a filing to the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE).
The dividend payout proposal was approved by the bank’s shareholders on June 17.
Raiffeisen Bank dd Bosna i Herzegovina is part of Raiffeisen Bank International. It is based in Sarajevo, in the Federation, one of the two autonomous entities making up Bosnia and Herzegovina, and has branches in the other entity, the Serb Republic.
