January 27 (SeeNews) - The Radisson Hotel Group said on Monday it will open three new hotels in Turkey in 2020 - two in Istanbul and one in Izmir.
The group will open the new hotels in Istanbul in the second quarter of 2020 together with investor PanturTurizm ve Ticaret A.S, the Radisson Hotel Group said in a press release.
Radisson Hotel President Beyazit Istanbul, which will offer a spa, a ballroom and several restaurants, will open in Istanbul's touristic location Beyazit, whereas Radisson Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet, located in the Sultanahmet district, will feature four restaurants.
In Izmir, the hotel group will open Radisson Hotel Izmir Aliaga with investor Elif Intro Otelcilik. The hotel will be located in the industrial area of Aliaga and will feature food and beverage facilities as well as meeting areas and spa and fitness facilities. An estimated opening timetable for the new Izmir hotel was not provided.
"Radisson Hotel Group’s strong commitment to the Turkish market continues to grow with over 30 properties in Turkey," Elie Younes, executive vice president and chief development officer of the Radisson Hotel Group, noted in the statement.
