SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), September 30 (SeeNews) – Bosnia’s Privredna Banka Sarajevo [SAJ:PBSBR] said on Tuesday it has completed a capital hike of 1.8 million marka ($1.2 million/920,000 euro) via a new share issue.
The payment of the newly issued shares was completed on August 23, the bank said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange.
in July, Privredna Banka said it plans to raise its capital by 2.0 million marka through the private placement of 48,781 new shares with par value of 41 marka a piece.
Prior to the capital hike, the bank's capital was divided into 367,768 shares.
