February 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pawnshop chain operator Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage [BUL:6SOB] said on Friday that private individual Plamen Veselinov has sold his 9.41% stake in the company, or 223,340 ordinary shares.
Another private individual - Rumen Pantaleev, has acquired a 9.41% stake in Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage, the pawnshop chain operator said in a bourse filing.

Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage ordinary shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 6.65 levs ($3.67/3.40 euro), which would value the 9.41% stake at some 1.5 million levs.
Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage operates a chain of over 100 pawnshops in Bulgaria, employing around 150 people.
