January 28 (SeeNews) - Prime Kapital, a real estate developer, investor and operator active in Central and Eastern Europe, has started the construction of Marmura Residence, a project in Bucharest worth an estimated 50 million euro ($55 million), it said on Tuesday.
To date, 125 reservations have been signed, which means a total of 65% of the buildings released for sale, Prime Kapital said in a press release.
Residents will be able to move in by the end of the third quarter in 2021 in the complex located next to Jiului subway station, close to the new office hubs in the northern Bucurestii Noi district of Romania's capital city.
The project offers 465 studios, 2, 3 and 4-room apartments, duplexes and 509 underground parking spaces.
Developed around the concept of integrated community, Marmura Residence covers an area of 1.5 hectares and comprises 5,000 sq m of green
spaces and terraces as well as 1,700 sq m of retail spaces, services and a recreation area for residents.
