November 8 (SeeNews) - Real estate developer Prime Kapital said on Thursday it has opened a shopping centre in Romania's eastern city of Roman.
The Roman Value Centre will serve more than 160,000 inhabitants both in Roman municipality and surrounding areas, generating more than 600 jobs, Prime Kapital said in a press release.
The shopping centre hosts 50 commercial spaces spreading on a leasable area of approximately 20,000 square meters.
The value of the investment was not disclosed.
"We decided to invest in Roman city due to the significant potential of the entire region, as a clear demonstration of our commitment to develop the retail market in Romania," Roman Value Centre director, Lucian Pelepco, said.
Prime Kapital is a developer, investor and operator of real estate assets focused on the development of commercial properties in Central and Eastern Europe.
