September 4 (SeeNews) - Investor and real estate developer developer Prime Kapital said on Wednesday it has received the building permit for the Marmura Residence project in the Bucurestii Noi area, northern Bucharest.
Final preparations are being made for construction to begin and the owners will be able to move in in 2021, Prime Kapital said in a press release.
Marmura Residence is located only 100 meters away from the Jiului station of Bucharest metro, close to the Expozitiei Boulevard and the Pipera area office hubs. The project includes 464 double studios and 2,3,4-room apartments and duplexes. More than 80% of the apartments available in the
pre-sales campaign have been reserved for sale.
The project, spreading on an area of 1.5 hectares, includes 5,000 sq m of green spaces and terraces, 1,700 square meters of retail spaces, services and a recreation area for residents.
In 2018, Prime Kapital launched FlexAssist, a programme offering interested people the opportunity to become homeowners.

Marmura Residence is Prime Kapital's second residential project in Bucharest and its third in Romania.
The other projects - Avalon Estate in northern Bucharest and Silk District in the northern city of Iasi are also in an early stage of development.
