LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), June 27 (SeeNews) – Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] said the president of its supervisory board has resigned.
Lidija Glavina has decided to resign for personal reasons, effective as of the date of the next general meeting of Telekom Slovenije, the company said in a statement late on Wednesday.
The company provided no further details.
In May, Telekom Slovenije said its consolidated net profit increased 4% year-on-year to 10.1 million euro ($11.5 million) in the first quarter of 2019. Consolidated net sales revenue fell 6% on the year to 172 million euro, while operating revenues totalled 172.8 million euro.
