September 23 (SeeNews) - Commercial real estate developer and asset manager Portland Trust said on Thursday it has inaugurated the J8 Office Park in north-west Bucharest.
The J8 Office Park has a total leasable area of 46,000 sq m, of which approximately 3,000 sq m are dedicated to the retail and relaxation area, Portland Trust said in a press release.
The building's biggest tenants are French video game company Ubisoft with a leased office area of 26,500 sq m and Bulgarian insurer Euroins, which has leased 2,500 sq m.
Established in 1997, Portland Trust is a commercial real estate developer and asset manager with offices in Prague and Bucharest. In the office segment, Portland Trust's Romanian portfolio comprises seven projects in Bucharest including J8 Office Park.
The company also owns the Bucharest West industrial park, located on the western border of the city.
