January 27 (SeeNews) - Polish property investment company Scallier said on Thursday it has obtained a building permit to build a new retail park in the Romanian city of Vaslui.
The retail park will have a leasable area of 9,975 sq m and is scheduled to be put into service in 2022, Scallier said in a press release.
Over 4,000 sqm of space offered by the new project is already leased to brands as New Yorker, Hervis, Designer Outlet and ZOO Center. Advanced talks with other tenants are underway.
The retail park in Vaslui will be the fifth property developed by Scallier in Romania: after retail projects opened last year in Rosiorii de Vede and Focsani and are already under construction in Turda and Timisoara.
Founded in 2011, Scallier is specialised in investment management in the sector of retail parks, regional galleries, arcades and free-standing commercial facilities.
