April 5 (SeeNews) - Polish port operator OT Logistics lowered its stake in Luka Rijeka [ZSE:LKRI], the operator of Croatia's main Adriatic port, to 9.84% after selling shares in the company representing a 17.51% stake, Luka Rijeka said.
OT Logistics transferred 2,360,924 shares of Luka Rijeka to Polish Rubicon Partners Ventures ASI on March 31, Luka Rijeka said in a bourse filing on Friday, without disclosing the value of the transaction.

Luka Rijeka's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on March 29, closing 1.4% lower at 28.6 kuna ($4.4/3.8 euro).
The Croatian government is now Luka Rijeka's largest single shareholder, controlling 25% of the port via its centre for enterprise restructuring and privatisation, CERP, according to April 5 bourse data.
Pension fund AZ OMF holds 15%, while the remainder belongs to smaller shareholders, mainly institutional investors, including other AZ pension funds as well as Erste and PBZ pension funds.
Rijeka, situated in the northern part of the Kvarner Bay, is the largest seaport in Croatia.
