December 12 (SeeNews) - Polish soft drinks producer Maspex Group, through its subsidiary Tymbark Bulgaria, has acquired 99.84% of Bulgarian water bottling company Aquarex-V, commercial registry data shows.
The Polish company has acquired 199,675 shares of Aquarex-V with a nominal value of 1 lev ($0.6028/0.511 euro) each, data from the Bulgarian Commercial Register shows.

The value of the deal was not published. Tymbark Bulgaria officials declined to disclose any further information.
Aquarex-V is the bottling company of mineral water Velingrad. The company owns a concession licence for using mineral water in the city of Velingrad, southern Bulgaria, until 2025. Aquarex-V has 30 employees.
