ISTANBUL (Turkey), July 24 (SeeNews) – Polish mining equipment maker Famur SA said it has signed a 66 million euro ($89 million) contract for the supply of mining equipment to Turkish energy and coal mining firm Hattat Enerji ve Maden Tic.
The agreement provides for the supply of longwall systems, additional equipment and spare parts by the end of January, 2017, Famur said in a statement on Wednesday.
The contract will enter into force after the advance payment of 15% of the value of the first longwall complex to be supplied. The expected date of entry into force of the deal is December, said the Polish company.
Hattat Enerji is part of Turkish industrial conglomerate Hattat Holding.
