November 22 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) gained ground on Tuesday as shares of Podravka [ZSE:PODR] rebounded, bourse data showed.
The 19-share CROBEX added 0.14% to finish at 1,901.14 points. The narrower index CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, rose 0.05% to close at 1,124.58 points.
Index heavyweight, food and pharmaceuticals producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] was the most traded company with a turnover of 876,900 kuna ($120,000/116,000 euro). Its shares appreciated 0.97% to end at 626 kuna, erasing part of their drop of 1.59% on Monday.
Hotel owner Plava Laguna [ZSE:PLAG] ranked second by turnover with 805,000 kuna. Its shares rose 2.47% to close at 1,660 kuna. They are part of the broader equity index, the CROBEX.
The bourse's regular trading turnover reached 5.2 million kuna from 3.9 million kuna on Monday.
