June 5 (SeeNews) - Philip Morris Operations [BEL:DINN], the Serbian subsidiary of tobacco company Philip Morris International (PMI), has said it will pay a dividend of 313.0785 dinars ($2.976/2.638 euro) per ordinary share on the 2018 earnings of the company.
In 2018, Philip Morris Operations paid a dividend of 324.4462 dinars per ordinary share.
Philip Morris Operations will pay a dividend of 344.3785 dinars per each Class 1 preferential share on 2018 earnings, while the payout for Class 2 and Class 3 preferential shares will stand at 333.0785 dinars and 328.0785 dinars apiece, respectively, the company said in bourse filing on Tuesday.
The dividend payment will be carried out until August 31, Philip Morris Operations said.
The company's shareholders approved the decision on May 31, the company added.
Philip Morris Operations said its net profit fell by 3.6% to 3.84 billion dinars in 2018.
