May 25 (SeeNews) - Philip Morris Operations [BEL:DINN], the Serbian subsidiary of tobacco company Philip Morris International (PMI), said it will pay a dividend of 464.165 dinars ($4.2402/3.9486 euro) per ordinary share out of its net profit reported for 2021.
Philip Morris Operations will also distribute a dividend of 483.865 dinars per each Class 1 preferential share out of 2021 earnings, while the payout for Class 2 and Class 3 preferential shares will amount to 484.165 dinars and 479.165 dinars apiece, respectively, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Last year, Philip Morris Operations paid a dividend of 417.5876 dinars per ordinary share for 2020.
The company's shareholders approved the proposed dividend distribution on May 20.
Philip Morris Operations said its net profit grew to 5.4 billion dinars in 2021 from 4.9 billion dinars in the previous year.
