LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), August 31 (SeeNews) – Slovenian fuel retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] was the top blue-chip decliner in Thursday’s trading session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data indicated.
Petrol closed 1.85% lower at 372 euro ($441).
Total trading turnover on the LJSE rose to 1.7 million euro on Thursday, compared to 1.3 million euro on Wednesday.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, fell 0.65% to 812.75 points on Thursday. On Wednesday, the index decreased by 0.19%.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the largest turnover for the day, of 942,230 euro. The company's shares fell by 0.44% to 56.8 euro on Thursday.
Finance company KD Group [LJE:KDHR] was the top blue-chip gainer on Thursday, closing 12.31% higher at 7.3 euro.
