August 9 (SeeNews) - Fuel retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] led blue-chip decliners in Wednesday’s trading session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data showed.
Petrol shares closed 4.01% lower at 371.5 euro ($435.3), generating a trading turnover of 112,020 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the Ljubljana bourse, fell 1.36% to 801.90 points on Wednesday. On Tuesday, the index closed 0.74% higher.
Total trading turnover on the LJSE fell to 855,830 euro on Wednesday from 1.68 million euro on Tuesday.
Trade in Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] shares generated the day’s largest turnover of 351,360 euro.
Home appliances manufacturer Gorenje [LJE:GRVG] rose the most among blue chips on Wednesday, closing 1.93% higher at 6.33 euro.
