SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian Airways Group, the parent of flag carrier Bulgaria Air, said on Thursday that local pension insurance company CCB-Sila has acquired 800,000 bonds from the group's issue due in 2025.
CCB-Sila acquired the bonds through a deal on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange priced at 1.021 levs ($0.58/0.52 euro) per bond, Bulgarian Airways Group said in a bourse filing.
Bulgarian Airways Group placed the 15 million levs bond issue last year. The securities carry an annual interest of 3.60%.
