July 17 (SeeNews) - Croatian telecommunications company Optima Telekom [ZSE:OPTE] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Tuesday, bourse data showed.
Optima Telekom's shares closed 4.64% higher at 2.03 kuna.
Telecommunications operator Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] generated the highest trading turnover of 1.3 million kuna. The shares closed down 0.34% at 148.00 kuna.
Power transmission equipment manufacturer Dalekovod [ZSE:DLKV] paced the blue-chip decliners, as its share price decreased by 2.29% to 12.80 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover rose to 5.9 million kuna ($932,836/798,258 euro) on Tuesday from 1.3 million kuna on Monday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the ZSE went down 0.63% to 1,791.63 points, after decreasing by 0.26% on Monday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, fell 0.62% to 1,031.18 points, after declining 0.25% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index closed up 0.02% at 111.8161 points.
