February 9 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate developer One United Properties [BSE:ONE] said on Thursday that it will invest 337.7 million euro ($362.9 million) in One Lake District, a large-scale residential development in the capital Bucharest.
The company has obtained the building permit for the nine-building complex and expects to deliver it by the end of 2026, One United Properties said in a press release.
One Lake District will have a gross building area (GBA) of over 250,000 square meters and will be built in three development phases.
According to the release, the unit will also have more than 2,076 apartments, over 2,600 parking lots and five commercial spaces.
One United Properties is a green investor and developer of residential, mixed-use and commercial real estate projects in Bucharest.
Its shares traded flat at 0.875 lei ($0.19/0.18 euro) as of 0923 CET on Thursday on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
