February 10 (SeeNews) - Nuclearelectrica [BSE:SNN], the operator of Romania's sole nuclear power plant Cernavoda, led the gainers among the blue-chips on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on Friday, bourse data showed.
The total equity turnover of the BVB rose to 51.4 million lei ($12.1 million/11.4 million euro) from 50.5 million lei on Thursday.
Nuclearelectrica was the top blue-chip gainer, rising 1.51% to 6.05 lei in 77,841 lei turnover.
Blue-chip lender Banca Transilvania [BSE: TLV] gained 1.40% to 2.5350 lei in Friday's largest turnover of 26.2 million lei.
Romanian power supplier and distributor Electrica [BSE:EL] rose 0.72% to 14.08 lei in the day's second largest turnover of 4.25 million lei.
Blue-chip oil and gas group OMV Petrom [BSE: SNP] rose 0.18% to 2.2835 lei in the day's third-largest turnover of 3.96 million lei.
