May 21 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Ohridska Banka [MSE:OHB] said it has raised 614.99 million denars ($10.9 million/9.9 million euro) in a capital hike.
The lender issued a total of 119,000 new shares, it said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
In April, Ohridska Banka said it plans to increase its share capital by 315 million denars in order to improve its capital position, with majority owner - Austria's Steiermarkische Bank und Sparkassen subscribing for all offered shares at 2,650 denars apiece.
Ohridska Banka's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on Маy 19 at an average price of 4,501.49 denars.
Last year, Steiermarkische Bank und Sparkassen acquired a 91.5733% stake in Ohridska Banka in a buyout bid, including the 74.53% stake previously held by French lender Societe Generale. The buyout offer was priced at 6,298.79 denars per share.
