August 1 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) advanced on Monday, as Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] lead the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
NLB's shares went up 5.26%, ending the trading session at 60 euro, LJSE data showed.
At the other end, chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] paced the decliners, with shares falling 2.11% to 278 euro on Monday.
The blue-chip SBITOP index advanced 1.59% to close at 1,159.13 points, while the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, gained 1.54% and ended at 1,425.75 points on Monday.
The bourse's total trading turnover dropped to 811,022 euro ($831,200) on Monday from 1.5 million euro on Friday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the highest single trading turnover on Monday - 377,451 euro. Krka's shares closed at 98.60 euro, up 1.65%.
