LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), January 27 (SeeNews) – The benchmark index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) fell on Monday, as Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] recorded the sharpest losses among the blue chips, bourse data showed.
NLB's shares closed 1.87% lower at 63.0 euro.
Logistics company Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] posted the biggest gains among the blue chips on Monday.
Intereuropa shares jumped 16.88% to a closing price of 1.87 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, ended Friday's session 0.69% lower at 963.58 points.
Pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the larges turnover among blue-chip companies on Monday – of 794,230 euro ($875,500).
The LJSE did not provide data on Monday's total turnover.
